This policy explains how S&R and the website comply with the DPA (Data Protection Act), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on 25 May 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

S&R do not hold any debit or credit card details for donations/payments made via our websites. All card payments are handled by service providers who encrypt card information sent from our website.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• to keep you informed by text and/or email as to training services, activities, resources;
• to establish and maintain your involvement with training events you have attended, the areas and activities you have supported, record and acknowledge any donation, to provide the products you have requested;
• to answer an inquiry or request for further information or complaint about our services, activities and events;
• to register you for training events;
• to assist us to make our services and products more valuable to our community;
• for promotion of products or services and to keep you informed of new developments we believe may be of interest to you. If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further promotional communications;
WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION
The information you provide to us will be held on computers in the UK, and may be accessed by S&R or given to service providers who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties may process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf.
We do not sell or pass any of your personal information to any other organisations and/or individuals without your express consent.
By providing us with your details, you are giving the S&R your express permission to transfer your data to our service providers including WhatsApp and MailChimp, to enable fulfilment of the purpose for collection. We will also house your data within our own database stored securely on site and only accessible by responsible and fully trained staff.
We do not intend to store or currently store financial details (credit or debit card numbers) obtained through online transactions. We do not store details online nor do we pass any information to third parties, except where we are legally required to do so, to assist fraud reduction, or to provide a service requested and minimise credit risks.
Sensitive Personal Information: We may collect and store sensitive personal information such as health information, when you register via our training application form. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away, or otherwise shared with anyone, unless required, by law.

Please tell us as soon as any of your contact details change so that we can keep our records up to date.
You can change the way we contact you, or the kind of material we send you, at any time by contacting us by mail or email.
You can unsubscribe from our regular emails at any time by informing us via email.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
You can request access to the personal information that we hold about you by contacting the Steve Mawston. We will provide you with access to your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request.
If you wish to change personal information that is out of date or inaccurate at any time please contact us. If you wish to have your personal information deleted please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practicable by emailing the data controller on the address below.

Accelerate is aimed at young leaders who are passionate about growing, leading and ministering within a local Church. It is pitched at those who already have some experience of leadership. Accelerate is a great option for those who would like to go into ministry or are currently serving in a ministry position. Many young Pastors and Department Heads eg youth / creative have benefitted from accelerate. Accelerate is also a great next step for those who have completed a year at Bible College or a Church based Academy.
Accelerate is aimed primarily at young leaders aged 18-40.
Steve & Rachel have 30 years of experience in ministry both in the UK and in Hillsong Church, Australia. Accelerate will focus on the defining moments and practical lessons they learned on their journey. Accelerate allows 12 young people to learn ‘up close and personal’ with Steve & Rachel each week. Accelerate will also include input from some of the most experienced Church Builders across the UK like Jon Norman (Soul Church), Andrew Cherrie (Home Church) and Paul Benger (Ikon Church).
You will receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Steve & Rachel.
Steve & Rachel have 30 years of ministry experience. Rachel is a qualified physio and has a Cert 4 in Ministry from Hillsong International Leadership College, and is working towards her Bachelors in Theology. Steve has a BA in theology from London School of Theology and an MTh from Alpha Crucis, Sydney.

Accelerate 2021 starts on Wednesday 22nd September. The course will end in July 2021. Each of the three term consists of 10 sessions. All sessions will take place online from 7:30-9 pm on Wednesday nights
How much is Accelerate?
£500. The fee is payable upfront and is non-refundable.
Accelerate will consist of 30 online sessions on Wednesday nights throughout the academic year, with 10 sessions per term. The 90-minute sessions will consist of online training, discussion and personal application. The course begins in September.
Accelerate will allow you to stay firmly planted in your local church. Accelerate equips you with the skills to identify the right mentor, and provides a mentoring template to discuss your ongoing growth and development within the local church.
Accelerate will teach you practical and powerful lessons which you can apply to your own leadership journey.
