What we offer

Coaching and the Collective offer Christian leadership encouragement and peer support. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment or crisis services, and are not a substitute for appropriate professional care.

Joining coaching or the Collective

We review enquiries individually and may arrange a conversation to understand your church context, leadership needs and expectations. Enquiring does not guarantee a place. Participation depends on suitability, availability and agreement about what support we can offer.

If your needs fall outside that support, we may explain that we are not the right fit. Any fees, practical arrangements or additional participation terms will be explained before you commit.

Respectful participation

Please treat others with kindness and respect, honour the group's purpose and boundaries, and avoid unsolicited promotion. We may decline or end participation where the support is not a suitable fit or behaviour undermines the wellbeing of the group.

Privacy and confidentiality

Please do not share another person's identifying information, private messages or group discussions outside the group without permission. Do not record, screenshot or forward contributions without permission. We ask everyone to respect confidentiality, but cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. Information may need to be shared where required by law or to address a serious safeguarding concern.

Using WhatsApp

If you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number and some profile information may be visible to other members, depending on the group and your settings. We will discuss joining with you before adding you. Please review your WhatsApp privacy settings and avoid posting sensitive personal or pastoral information about yourself or others.

Making an enquiry

Please keep your first message to a brief overview of your enquiry, without confidential pastoral, health or other sensitive information. If more detail is needed, we can discuss an appropriate way to share it. Read our Privacy & Cookies notice for how enquiry information is handled.
